Waiting time of 10 minutes from any location other then the airport is free of charge. After 10 minutes, there is a charge of $1.50 per minute which is payable to the driver.
Waiting time from the airport, from when the flight has confirmed landed at the International Terminal is free of charge up-to 70 minutes. Waiting time from when the flight has confirmed landed at the Domestic Terminal is free of charge up-to 30 minutes.
After the allowed waiting time there is a charge of $1.50 per minute.
If our driver cannot make contact with you within the allowed waiting time, he/she has the right to leave and the full fare amount is non refundable.
Quoted rate does not include multiple pickups or drop offs.
If multiple pickups or drop offs is required, an additional $10 per pickup and drop off is payable to the driver. This only applies if the multiple pickup and drop off is on route to the destination and includes up to 5 minutes waiting time ($1.50 per minute is charged after 5 minutes which is payable to the driver).
If multiple pickups and drop offs are not on route to the destination, the additional cost should be negotiated with the fleet manager, driver or our office, which is also payable to the driver.

Cancellations made 5 hours prior to the pickup time is non refundable.
All other cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the full rate.
PRAM & PORTACOT HIRING:
When hiring a pram and/or portacot, we will require credit card details plus a $150 bond.
The hiree should hand back the hired equipment clean and in normal working order. Any damage caused to the equipment will be charged to the hiree based on the cost of repairing it.
If the equipment is handed back dirty, a cleaning fee of $65 will be charged. If the pram is not cleanable, then other charges may apply to have it cleaned back to its original state. These charges will be deducted from the bond and any additional above the bond amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late fees do apply to the hiree if the equipment is not handed back by the agreed date and time. Late fees are charged at $10 per day, where a pickup fee may also be applicable if the pram needs to be picked up.
